This sparkling wine is produced by means of a special tank fermentation process. It is a blend of selected wines from the classic wine growing regions of Europe. Prepared according to a special selection method, natural re-fermentation transforms this cuvée into a delightful sparkling wine. With at least six months aging guaranteed, the matured sparkling wine’s residual sugar is harmonized to create a pleasing balance prior to bottling.
